PHASE 1
COMMERCIALISATION AND TENDERING BIDS
The fundamental goal of this phase is to win the contract and therefore CT&J collaborates with its clients, enabling them to take the necessary steps to ensure the success of their commercial, technical and financial bid.
In this phase, CT&J provides advisory in drawing up and structuring the technical and commercial bid and the necessary documents. It likewise takes part in drafting the precontractual documents (NDA, MoU) or collaboration, consortium or joint venture agreements.
In some sectors, CT&J, jointly with the client, will define and take part in commercial initiatives to broach new markets and sectors, as well as to broaden its customer portfolio in the target markets, by undertaking trade action plans.
