PHASE 2

CONTRACT NEGOTIATION AND FORMALISATION

 

 

Once the project has been awarded, the contract has to be negotiated until it is formalised and eventually signed.

During this phase, CT&J proceeds to review, analyse and assess the contractual risks stemming from the project, contract, means of payment, destination country, insurance, delivery and acceptance conditions, guarantees…, in order to minimise the technical and contractual risks, making timely recommendations to the client and even accompanying them in the actual negotiations.
