PHASE 5
PREPARING AND MANAGING CLAIMS
If, during the project closure phase, the client’s legitimate aspirations are not satisfied, CT&J either directly or through our highest-profile international associates, will manage and co-ordinate the presentation and processing of their claims in court, arbitration (domestic and international) and mediation proceedings as well as in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) systems.
CT&J has an extensive network of associates, both at home and abroad, and we have advised and taken part in projects implemented in Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Panama, France, Germany, England, Romania, USA, India, Turkey, Algeria, Oman, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and China, amongst others.
CT&J has been involved as an independent expert in the construction sector, for which it has a technical team and a team of court experts, both vastly experienced in construction work projects, enabling them to appraise the damages incurred and to analyse and identify the conditions leading thereto while the project was being undertaken.
Likewise, CT&J performs technical audits on ongoing or completed works to assess their actual situation and their degree of target compliance.
