Qualifications: MSc. in Industrial Engineering, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, from the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Industriales, Bilbao. Cohort of 1988.

Master in Business Administration from EAP Escuela Europea de Administración de Empresas.

Professional Trajectory: After having worked at Mercedes Benz Spain and IDOM, in 1992 he joined Urssa S. Coop. as Engineering Director and Projects Director until 2018.

Since 2018, he has worked as an independent consultant, specialising in claims and dispute resolution.

He has broad national and international experience both in executive management of industrial companies and in managing singular projects.

Txaber Fernández Beldarrain

Head of CT&J’s legal area, assistance in contract negotiation, assessment of contract / legal obligations, legal validation of project settlements and/or claims.

Qualification: Law Graduate (University of Deusto), University Diploma in Business Management (Univ. Deusto); Master’s Degree in Foreign Trade (Univ. Politécnica; Madrid); LLM in International Business Law (London School of Economics -LSE).

Miguel Artamendi Larrañaga

Professional Trajectory: With over thirty years’ experience in both industrial and service sectors, he has undertaken general management remits, leading pluri-disciplinary national and international teams.

Vast experience largely in construction projects in drawing up reports on implementation terms and delays in projects, economic appraisal of the impacts of such delays, drafting claims.

Contract Management: Overseeing and actively managing complex projects, lending support to the Project Manager, identifying risks and opportunities, avoiding the impact of penalty clauses and preserving contract value, producing the necessary evidence.

Antonio Cuello de Oro

Contract Controller, assistance in the implementation of construction projects, managing and drafting claims.

Qualifications: Aeronautical Engineer from the Universidad Politécnica, Madrid; MBA (Univ. Carlos III; Madrid).

Professional Trajectory: After having worked at CALLFER for 20 years in the engineer, commercial and general management departments, in 2013 he worked as Project Management at Urssa S. Coop. in United Kingdom.
