PHASE 4

​Providing the client with technical and legal assistance during the project settlement and termination phase, in order to, if applicable, prepare, manage and negotiate the financial claims the client may have to bring against the counterparty.

1. 1. Assessment of the technical / contract documentation to identify incidents and/or new provisions that fall outside the scope of the contract.
   2. Economic appraisal and justification of the incidents and new provisions.
   3. Proposal of the strategy to be implemented in each case.
   4. Draft the various claim documents.
   5. Measurement criteria.
   6. Assist the client in preparing for the negotiation, and, if applicable, involvement in these proceedings.
